With OneAssist protection Plan ever if your smartphone slip from your hands or pocket accidentally and breaks you don’t need to worry about the pain of taking it to service and bearing a huge repair cost, OneAssist will arrange for a pickup of your device from your doorstep, take it service center, get it repaired and deliver it back to you without you stepping out of your house and spending a single rupee.
OneAssist protection plan can be activated via OneAssist App OR via www.oneassist.in/activatevoucher, you need to provide with your activation voucher received by you via SMS or Email, it will ask for some basic question about you and your device to be protected, , you need to confirm the acceptance of T&C and submit activation request.
Once you confirm your activation request OneAssist will process your request for activation and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS once the service is activated. Your device protection will start once the service is activated.
OneAssist protection plan is an Annual Membership which is valid for one year from the date of activation of OneAssist Membership. However we recommend you to check you plan benefits to check you Plan validity.

No, OneAssist protection plan is eligible for all devices which are less than 15 Days at the time of activation from device purchase date.
No, OneAssist protection plan is available only for devices which are bought in INDIA via legal sales channels of OEM’s. Used Devices purchased and Refurbished Devices are not eligible for OneAssist protection Plan.
Incase your device is accidentally damaged, please log into www.OneAssist.in to file the claim or also you can call us on 1800 123 330. Please make sure you inform us about your damage within 48 hours of Damage.
If you are active member of OneAssist protection plan you don’t need to worry about repair and repair charges attached to it, OneAssist will arrange to pickup the device from your doorstep get it repaired and deliver it back to you without you stepping out of your house or pay any money for repair. OneAssist protection plan provides you with doorstep pickup and cashless repair service. You will only be required to pay very minimal excess charges which is 10% of repair charges OR 5% of device Invoice value depending upon the plan selected by you. Please check your Plans Terms and Condition document to know your eligible Excess charges
Yes, you can transfer your membership to your new device Call 1800 123 3330 to place your IMEI transfer request.
Your device eligible coverage amount is equal to the Invoice value of your device.
You can raise maximum of 2 claims during your membership Tenure as per the Terms & Condition of the program provided your first claim is not a total loss or BER claim. Also incase of the second claim you will be eligible only of Balance coverage amount after your first claim.
Once you successfully raise the claim with all required documents, OneAssist team will get in touch with you for your appointment and will collect the device from your doorstep, incase doorstep service is not available in your area, OneAssist will arrange to send a mobile pouch via their courier partner you need to pack the damaged device and confirm back to OneAssist. OneAssist will arrange the Courier partner to pick up the packed pouch from your doorstep.
You can check the status of your claim on OneAssist App or you can call OneAssist customer care center 1800 123 3330 for update and status on your claim.
Insurance Partner charge 10% of your claim amount OR 3% /5% of your device Invoice value as excess charges depending upon the plan selected by you, we recommend you to go through the plan Terms and condition documents received by you as part of your welcome emailer to know the exact Excess charges applicable in your case.
Yes, you can raise one more claim but the available coverage amount for second claim will be the balance amount left after your first claim.
